Copyright:
Copyright is retained on all images by David Saunders Photography. No reproduction of any kind is allowed without written permission.
Purchase of a print does not mean purchase of any permission to scan or reproduce the image(s).
Reproduction without consent is subject to an unauthorised useage charge of £75 per image or double the standard reproduction fee, whichever is greater.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted if there is damage to the product ordered. Due to the nature of photographic products, no returns can be accepted if the incorrect product has been ordered as all products are made to order.
Event Bookings:
By booking David Saunders Photography for your event, you agree that there shall be no other commercial event photographer present.
David Saunders Photography reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time due to exceptional circumstances i.e severe weather conditions or booking not as described once arrived onsite.
Electronic Storage & useage:
No image belonging to David Saunders Photography to be stored by any electronic means without written permission. Only those purchased to be stored & used for personal use only.
Jpegs purchased are for digital use only (including social media personal profiles) They are not licenced for print reproduction.
Low resolution refers to the size of the image, typically 600 pixels along the longest side.
Personal jpegs will come with the David Saunders Photography domain name at the foot of the image.
No unauthorised use for publication or advertising of any kind without permission.
Images required for commercial use are available & licenced accordingly. Please contact for details.
As photographer, I retain the right to use any images for advertising or publicity use. Either for David Saunders Photography or by means of a third party company for advertising use.
If you do not wish for images of you to be used in this way, please inform prior to the event.
